PkgLens
Track installed packages and updates across macOS package managers in one native dashboard.

PkgLens gathers packages from Homebrew formulae and casks, npm, pip, Cargo, and RubyGems in one native macOS window. Review installed versions, available updates, and package locations without switching between manager-specific commands.
What it does
- Shows package totals, available updates, recently installed items, and Homebrew orphans.
- Checks versions, displays release notes where available, and provides upgrade actions.
- Groups packages into named collections and records local notes and uninstall history.
- Exports a Markdown or JSON inventory snapshot.
Getting started
Download PkgLens from GitHub Releases, open the DMG, and move the app to Applications. Refresh the scan to see packages from the managers installed on your Mac; each manager is optional.
